Dominion Properties current portfolio includes residential apartments, office accommodation, tourism investments and a number of undeveloped blocks.

The company has no external borrowings and it is expected to steadily increase it’s portfolio over the next few years with well located quality properties.

Our two principal investments are an office block at 231 Waimanu Road, Suva and Parkview Apartments at Gladstone Road, Suva.
